Some of the font styles do not support special characters and numbers.  If you request special characters and/or numbers that do not support the font style that you select, we will match the special characters and/or  numbers with the closest font style match. When typing the name(s) in the box, type the name(s) exactly the way you would like it embroidered. If we do not have the font style that you are looking for, enter the TRUE TYPE FONT STYLE name in the font style box.  The True Type font styles are the font styles that come standard on the Microsoft computers drop down menus.  True Type font styles selections may vary depending on the year and/or model computer that you have.  If we do not have the font style that you request, we will email you. Please check your email for possible updates so that your order will not be delayed.
